• Reservation details such as property name, room category, check-in and check-out dates, guest count, selected add-ons, and payment choice.
• Company GST details when a guest requests a GST invoice.
• Payment status and payment reference details from our payment provider. Card, UPI, or banking credentials are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by Glitz Hospitality.
• Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, page interactions, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

• To create, confirm, modify, or cancel bookings.
• To send booking vouchers, payment slips, GST invoices, review links, and service updates by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or call where applicable.
• To manage guest accounts, booking history, and Glitz Club benefits.
• To prevent fake bookings, fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
• To improve property listings, pricing, support, and guest experience.

Sharing Information

We share booking information only with parties required to complete the guest stay and service the booking, including the selected property, payment gateway, communication providers, operational staff, and legal or regulatory authorities where required. We do not sell guest personal information.

Booking, invoice, payment, and support records may be retained for business, tax, legal, fraud prevention, and guest-service purposes. Guests may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect guest information. No internet service is completely risk-free, so guests should also protect their email, phone, and OTP access.

Children

The service is intended for hotel booking by adults. Minors may stay only as part of a booking made by an adult guardian and subject to property rules.
